Q. I am
a Live365 VIP Subscriber - does that allow me to receive
your CoolStreams also (without making an additional
payment)?
A.
No. While our CoolStreams
are streamed from the Live365 servers, our Membership system
is independent and we do not receive any reimbursement from
Live365
(we pay them for their streaming service).

Q. Why
can't you list the exact time that each cut on the program
starts so that we can drag the slider to that point on the
real player?
A.
Under the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998,
we cannot have the exact start time
displayed on our site.

Q. Why
Can't I skip songs that I don't like?
A.
Some people have asked why we can't
allow you to skip songs that you don't like, or give access
to specific songs so they don't have to hear the whole
program to try a particular song or artist. Generally,
this would also cause us to violate the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act
(DMCA) of 1998. There are some services
(with much greater financial resources than us)
experimenting with this, but there still need to be
limitations on the amount of music presented and how you can
access it.
