EMAIL LISTS (Groups):

We won't give your email address to ANYONE else for any reason.
It is used on our lists only.

We will NOT give ANY SPECIFIC (identifying)
information (your name or e-mail address combined with personal
data) to ANYONE ELSE for any reason.
3. We do not do
direct bulk mailings ourselves. Our periodic mailing email
lists are administered by a third party service, currently
Google Groups. These lists are OPT-IN meaning that,
in order to be placed on one or more of our lists, you must
have either subscribed to one or more of our services, or
entered your email address on one or more of our lists.
You have full control over your preferences for your email
addres on our lists including removing it, or preventing email
from being sent to it.
You can choose to be
removed from any or all of those lists at any time by following
the instructions included in each mailing, or by accessing the
list directly on the Google Groups web site.
4. IF YOU RECEIVE
A SPAM-TYPE EMAIL FROM SOME KIND OF RANDOM NAME AT EITHER @Coolstreams.com
or from
@musicsojourn.com, WE DID NOT SEND IT! It was most
likely sent from a service that sends large volumes of bulk spam
email and "SPOOFED" our email address domain (put our domain
name as a return address). We know that unethical spam
senders do this because we receive the bunches of undeliverable
messages back in our mailbox. Unfortunately, there is
nothing that we can do here to stop others from doing this.
Membership Records and Personal
Information:
We currently do not store Membership
records or any related personal information on any computer or
server that is publicly accessible from the internet (such as a
web server). We use a third party service (currently
PayPal) to collect Membership and Subscription payments.
We do not have access to any of your personal information,
including credit card numbers, that you supply to PayPal for
your payment account.
Chat & Posting Boards:
This site may make use of direct or third
party chat or posting boards at present, may have in the past,
or may in the future. See this page for our policy and
disclaimer regarding use of these boards. These boards
may have advertising not monitored or contracted for by us.
We do, however, monitor postings to such boards when in use, and attempt to
remove objectionable material in a timely manner.
Please remember that any information that is disclosed
in these areas becomes public information and you should
exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal
information.
