More about "Paul McCartney
- An Appreciation"
(Source: the
paulingles.com web site >>> )
In most cases, a
person's 64th birthday is not a major event. Unless you are Paul
McCartney, the man who wrote the song "When I'm Sixty-Four" and
performed it with The Beatles back in 1967. Paul McCartney's
recent 64th birthday offers a special opportunity to assess what makes
him one of the most important musical figures of our time. In this
one hour feature, you'll hear a conversation with one McCartney fan,
California musician, writer and lecturer Richard Goldman, who will help
us understand McCartney's Mastery, and the Mystery of why McCartney's
more recent solo work has failed to catch on as widely.
